Exceptional Stay with Warm Hospitality!

Our stay was fantastic! We appreciated the spacious studio with a full kitchen, allowing us to enjoy meals in. The breakfast selection exceeded our expectations, especially the fresh options. I highly recommend exploring local dining too, as there are great eateries just a short walk away!

this hotel surely has potentials, but my experience fell short. the so-called restaurant served tasteless pre-prepared dishes, and there was no shuttle service as promised. I expected a complimentary gesture for all the inconvenience but, alas, was met with indifference. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t, quite frankly.

The Residence Inn offered an excellent location, making it easy to access various attractions in Belgium. The hotel provided a spacious and well-equipped studio with a full kitchenette, which allowed for comfortable meal preparation during my stay. The breakfast selection was consistently fresh and well-stocked, with hot options that added a delightful start to each day, contributing significantly to my overall experience.

Positive, I had a great stay in a spacious studio with a comfy queen bed. The breakfast offered a nice variety of hot and cold items, which was a solid start to my mornings. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed.

The restaurant options were disappointing, featuring only emergency pre-prepared dishes that lacked flavor. not exactly what you want after a long day. I faced a significant inconvenience with a €50 guarantee charge that took two days to reverse. Furthermore, the surroundings were not ideal—noisy at night due to the nearby refugee camp, making it tough to get any peace with the window open. I would definitely recommend requesting a room away from the hotel terrace to avoid extra noise from that area, too. Parking fees struck me as too high for the overall experience.

Oh, the breakfast buffet was a delicious start to each day, boasting hot, fresh bacon, eggs, and sausages—absolutely top-notch! Plus, the spacious kitchen in my studio was perfect for whipping up my own meals when I wasn't indulging in nearby culinary gems like RBG Bar and Grill just 1.5 km away.

While the breakfast was impressive, I would've loved an a la carte dinner menu instead of just the ready-made options. A little more variety could've jazzed up my evenings, but that didn't stop the good vibes from shining through!
